Well I don't practice everyday but i usually practice at least 4 days of the week if not 6.

But I typically practice for 3hrs per day, 2 and half are bboying and the last 30min is for working out and stretching.

On rare occasions i sometimes session twice in a day when im feeling beastly

Keitsu
i see, well whenever the next one pops up around there you should definitely go to it. I was hoping to go to falling with style in St. Paul this year but that jam got canceled.

But jams will give you extensive inspiration and motivation.

Keitsu
i forgot that it seems like you can't post anything from youtube on these walls.

maybe this link from bboy.org will work

http://www.bboy.org/forums/beginner-help/125009-how-strong-like-ogre-bboy-exercises-.html

its a thread on how to be strong... real good stuff in it! I've been doing similar if not the same things. Check it out. If that link doesn't work its called "How to be strong like Ogre" look for it.

So do you know The Warriors Crew and Looney Tunes Crew?

Keitsu
Let me say that a lot of things didn't come easy. It's all about hard work, time, and some luck too! If i can recommend anything is to train hard but have fun. Fool/Play around while training hard is the key!

Also do pushups and their variations. Here is a video with some variations to do! Do them and I guarantee you will see improvement. You want to train for explosiveness.

And i see you are from Minnesota. Twin Cities by chance?

Keitsu
The way you get into it can help, the more stable of a blow up into it the easier it is to hold. Lets say from standing to side chair to head freeze. Or even simpler handglide/turtle freeze into head freeze. Tense your body real tight! Takes practice but looks dope on beat.
