I like how you included the leg straightening exercise. I never thought of that.
Btw, I have a balancing problem where when you have your knees tucked, your body falls in the direction where you are facing because the weight of the knees are in front of your body. Whereas in a normal handstand, you can always have the legs go behind your body to rebalance yourself. Any advice?
