hey man, well depends if you want to get 90 drills do it that way, if you want continuous spins, do it that way, their is ALOT of practice where you think your not going anywhere with this move, so be patient, if ya need help just ask or post a vid.

Oh and that move I did is called a V-Kick Freeze. It's a V-Kick when you jump back and kick up, but it's a V-Kick Freeze when you put your hands down first.
