Hi bro..How is your practice going..Well does doin bridges develop shoulder flexibility for performing deeper Hollow backs..and I have a probz while doin them ..actually while doin hollows I am not able to provide pressure on both the shoulders ..ma body is supporting on left shoulder the most..I mean ma left shoulder takes more pressure than ma right dude..so any tips fo making them perfect..?Plz help me bro..!!
