to keep you legss from hitting the ground, get higher on you shoulders with that little headmill. then swing harder than you would usually. barrels should be much faster than regular mills so add extra kick and you must be high on shoulders. If you put your head down just like head mills. you should get the correct height needed.

Stabbing mills using ur head, is good enough. Head mills w/no hands is like more of a luxury. i can only get about 3-4 of those ^^; When it comes to hand cuffs non stabbed head mills, handcuffs, confusions and such, its more of a bouncing off the shoulders thing.
You gotta be on your head, HIGH ON YOUR SHOUDLERS, and kick alot more than you do usually.

When i was learning mills, i did have my on/off days. But when i had my off days, i layed off mills for that day because if you keep trying after you make a mistake, you could develop a bad habit. I don't mean stop doing mills, im just saying when you are having your "off day," just lay off them for a bit. Maybe a day or so. It's all about muscle memory. : D
