Well Cardio is the most important thing...
At this moment I dont have time for much cardio cuz I have school and gym and breakdance but when Im on a school break I usually do it like this:
7:00am : runing ( not on a machine , run around your neighborhood , and dont eat before you run, if you want to lose weight then you run with an empty stomach )
-After that you eat, Corn flex + 1 banana. ( I usually do some rope jumping for like 1h )
After that I eat 250g of some meat and maybe 60/70g of carbohydrates so that I have strength to do a hard training in the gym )
After the gym I eat 12 eggs , make a pause like 3 hours and eat 1 tuna and go climbing ( if you dont have where to climb then do some more rope jumping )
Thats 3 cardio trainings for 1 day, thats what I was doing and got awesome abs, some people wont agree with me but thats the way I do it and I got awesome results.
