You seem to know weightlifting/body building, especially from your progress picture... WoW! I was just wondering when do you do cardio, what would be a good example of cardio (how long, and would it just be like running/cardio machine?), and how does that figure into your weekly schedule/pattern (you posted your four day thing I was just wondering on what days of a week or w/e you do cardio). Thank you so much, and DAMN you made alot of progress in those two pictures.
