Hey no problem man. Sorry about the late response, I haven't been going on this forum lately, but I've been practicing my ass off!
More advice on headspins that I found out:
I used to look down at my hands when doing taps, but I found if you look down, that's exactly where you're going to go! Down! So instead, look slightly upwards, because your spine follows your head.
Also, I don't know if you were making the same mistake, but I always wondered why I would always fall forward; this was because my legs were more towards the front of my body, when they should have been above and straight. Even though I was pushing up with my heels, and pushing out with my butt (locking my hips), I would still fall, fall, fall....It's no wonder why I would always fall forward!
