Well what you want to do is when your toprockin, you want to spread your legs to where you are comfortable to place your hand down into a tripod position. So get comfortable with that, and once you have that you want to throw your left leg under your right leg and get ready to throw(and I mean throw)your right leg up as far as you can. when you throw your right leg up towards your face you will get some air. lol
While you are in the air about to go around with your feet in the back, you want to kick your left leg towards your face to get some air for the second spin. Just take what I said and do it continuosely and you will be able to master the Flare.
