yep completely normal. i was sore the first 7 months strait of bboying (no joke, always a new muscle or bruise, or sprain, or just hurt body in general).. i still get sore but not as much. if your palms arnt broken, keep practicing!!! looking good, again better than i started. look for input on the beginner forum and watch sixtep instruction videos by pro bboys and just try to copy their technique for now.

I know you're making most of the beginner mistakes but honestly I don't know how to correct them... somehow... through constant repetition you just start becoming more comfortable with the steps...
