HEy dude...good to see someone from INDIA..well as your starting new..try to work mostly on your warmups and strength conditioning like doing handstand on a wall and doing some pushups..well if u first make your body fit..the rest of the things will be easier..give flexible workouts to your legs..not any strengthening..but fo your upper body...strengthening and flexibility is both essential..so work on these routines ..fo a month atleast..so get a good progress...!!
