No hes definitely both. The reason why people think hes only a popper is because in the freestyle battles that he participates (and usually wins) in, Breakdancing is not allowed. Thats why you'll see krumpers, poppers, lockers, etc. in those freestyle dance-offs, but no breakdancing. Salah is pretty much better at popping in my opinion but i think he's pretty dope.
