youre not using your legs enough, you have to push your legs up and back which causes a wave motion in your body.

WTF! Do people really need a 7mins video to do a worm! GROSS! I can't figure out how do people cannot have that move in 2mins... I never tried it and I just tested out if I could do it and BAM on the first try they were fantastic.

For flashy, higher worms, not only kick hard but at the same time push up with your hands using explosive power. Clapping pushups help a lot. I'll try to get a video of my own worm, maybe even a guide. Also, when I go on just my right thigh, it not only prevents mi cajones from getting hurt but it allows me to rotate my worm, giving it a flashy, almost powermovish look.
