When I do the worm, sometimes my belt buckle hits my ... stomach and hurts like hell... I have to wear a belt otherwise my pants fall off =P Anyways, do you think I should still wear a belt? or just never wear one when I do the worm?

wear ur belt to the side... like the part that buckels that way u wont go over it
