do someone know how to do worms with your back ??? i saw it on a video... looks realy cool :P... do someone know them...or know a guide with it ?

You mean that kip-up worm thing? If you know how to kip-up that "Back worm" comes easily.

by the way i can kick up - summersault with kick up and rubbermans- no heanded kick up and learning no heanded rubbermans...

I meant the worm on the back is a continous moving kip-up .. and why do I need to know what kips you can do.

Ohh, sorry for not defining enough lol.. I meant to ask if you can do normal kip-ups

Anyways it's pretty easy man try to do kip-ups continously pushing yourself backwards.

i can do it backwards and in a circle its easy you just requir kickup , bridge , back bend and hollows do help but you dont need them to do it i will try an post a guide for youpeace!

man ive been tryin this....its hard!!! i can do a kip up no problem...but how do u do it???

kip ups make your body move in the position, because your legs are making an arc, so all you do is make that arc and follow through with your upper portion of your body. Thus creating the "BACKWORDS WORM"

what i do, is first you do a small kip up so that you only get up half way. then when you fall back you do another small kip up and keep repeating.

if you can kip up. Do it and as your feet hit the floor straighten your legs out. Without arms is always better too.
