i havnt QUITE got it yet but i can kinda do 1 riple on my back.
i didnt mean to try to do it but i was practicin my applejacks, and as i kicked back up i pushed my hips up with an arched back and managed to hold it (so i was on both feet with my head about a foot off teh floor) as i did this i dropped myself back to teh floor on the top part of my back (base of neck kinda part) and let my body follow (not all at once sort of lower yourself so that once your whole back is on the floor your feet should be on there way down). then roll back upwards so your on your base of the neck again, this time put your hands either side of your head do you roll back on palms, then kick yourself up so that you would normally land on feet, start the whole process again. sorry if this is not very clear, its really hard to explain especially as im no expert at this move myself. but good luck guys xxx |

I tried it as well once. I think you have to land on your heels not your feet after the kip up. It really hurt when I did it but you might be good at it
