worm is kinda easiest move...
i got it nice in few times practice.. the way i learn it..go youtube ters a guide...called sth 'how to breakdance' ters a funny guy inside da video who wil crap alot but he taught well... tips.. to avoid hitting balls, try kick ur BOTH legs harder n use hand to push u off ground... jz like doin normal pushup... check out that video i guarantee u get in 1 day or 2 if ur not retarded or slow learner... =.='' |

wear tight underwear. dead serious. wear some tight briefs or boxer briefs. that way your balls arent dangling all in the way ready to be crushed by a leg or something. instead they're held safely in between your legs. ps dont wear a cup, that's complete idiocy.
also, you can try doing the worm slightly to one side. that is putting more weight to the right so you roll on your right leg, then your hipbone, then you can straighten out for the torso portion. you just have to push one side of your pelvis up. watch you dont smash your hipbone into the floor though. |
