how do u do the worm from just regular standing position making it look smooth and not just knees down first then the rest of ur body?

i wanna be able to combo this in to a combo.

yeah i wanna know how to not wack your ballls when you do this. i tried this from my KNEES and it hurt my nuts badly.

Well, uh... if you wanna do a back wards worm from standing posistion its fairly simple:

1) Start from standing.

2) Check if to see if your balls are there.

3) Now you know you are a man.

4) Kick both legs up with medium strength ( like enough power to form a 45 degree angle from the ground but nothing LESS or else you'll just fall and injure your future children)

5) Now, probably is the hardest part if at all lol, ur going to stick both hands out to cushion you for the fall. While this is happeneing hump the ground first with your chest . This will absorb most of the shock.

6)your legs will land shortly after your chest touches the ground.
yay, you did it. Continue with your combo.

Yeah i just have the balls problem. Is there anyway you can prevent the pain or do you just have to get used to it?

hm... Maybe your still landing on your abdomen than on your thoraxic cavity (chest). Other than that my balls don't hurt when i do it.


or maybe your balls are just too big.

well the way junior does it, he actually lands on his balls first... so i figure there's gotta be a way to do that w/o hurting ur balls
either that or he's wearing protection xD

yeah thats what i mean, like it looks like you roll down on the whole front of your body, legs, knees, balls, stomach, chest.
if you go straight to landing on your chest, wouldnt that just be falling forward?

but yea i want the one wehr eu roll onto teh ground... so guess no one has the solution?

oh another porblem i have is when i do the chest on teh ground first version, my kneses hit the gorund and sends this whoel shock wave through the rest of my legs, hurts like crazzy and thats on carpet

well the way junior does it takes practice, and if your doing my way, and you still hurt at knees then your not hitting the ground first with your chest first and softening up the impact with the support of your hands and arms.

i know a guy in melbourne that does them the junior way, i've never spoken to him though and i rarely ever see him around. Like, the guy is good, but he aint on juniors level, the move itself cant be so hard that it's out of our league.

found out the answer, for those who want help either do one of 2 things, you can bend one leg over, kinda cross them over and roll down on one leg. or you can actually roll down with your body a bit to one side, so you arnt going directly onto your balls.

I can do this, and it doesn't hurt at all...until I actually do the worm. The part where I fall doesnt hurt.

Practice falling from standing into a pushup position, it'll get over the fear of falling.

Now.

From standing, drop onto your knees. Continue falling into the pushup position, but do it so you flow, and that means as soon as you hit the ground with your knees, fall. Kick up with your legs and start doing the worm.
