Well it all depends which way you wanna do your worm.
First you have to know how to chift your weight so pratice rolling back and forth from your chest to your feet and back again.
If you are going from chest to feet... (standing)
1) Jump and land on your hands.
2) Drop your arms and land on your chest (remember to keep your head as high as you can so you dont hit it on the ground comming down).
3) Chift your weight from your chest to your feet (keep your arms on the ground).
4) Kick with your feet and push with your arms and repete from steep (2).
If you are going from feet to chest... (standing)
1) Drop your knees fery slowly so you don't hurt your knees.
2) Once you land on your knees chift your weight from your knees to your chest.
3) After the weight is on your chest you push off the ground with your arms and repete from step (2) except you land on your feet insteed of your knees because you don't have as much force as you would have when you started in the standing position.
