Well it all depends which way you wanna do your worm.

First you have to know how to chift your weight so pratice rolling back and forth from your chest to your feet and back again.

If you are going from chest to feet... (standing)
1) Jump and land on your hands.
2) Drop your arms and land on your chest (remember to keep your head as high as you can so you dont hit it on the ground comming down).
3) Chift your weight from your chest to your feet (keep your arms on the ground).
4) Kick with your feet and push with your arms and repete from steep (2).

If you are going from feet to chest... (standing)
1) Drop your knees fery slowly so you don't hurt your knees.
2) Once you land on your knees chift your weight from your knees to your chest.
3) After the weight is on your chest you push off the ground with your arms and repete from step (2) except you land on your feet insteed of your knees because you don't have as much force as you would have when you started in the standing position.

2. Stand on your hands
3. Bend ur arms
4. Move slowly to tha ground
5. And bend ur body like a worm/caterpillar

And voila u've learned tha worm, u can move both forwards and backwards.

I jess jump up into a handstand (Called a butterfly I think?"Where you layout in the air and then land in a handstand) then i come down onto my chest, and roll from my chest to my legs and then bring my chest up again.

Pretty much from "Butterfly" to backwards worm.

To do this:

1) Step hard like you're going to jump really high forward.

2) Then jump up really high in a diagonal direction and become horizontal in the air.

3) Now, while still airborne, (you should be facing the ground) bend your back inward so your stomach is sticking toward the ground.

4) At the same time, extend your arms behind you, close to your knees.

5) Now snap out of it so that your legs are in a "V" shape and your arms are close to your chest to support your fall.

6) Land with your arms in a push-up position.

Going into the worm:

Its like the forward worm but instead of lifting your legs you lift your shoulders up until it reaches your hips then you use your legs to hop up, use your arms to move backwards and your chest goes down before your legs.

Just get up into a hand-stand position then slowly lower yourself and hump the ground.. grats you can now get into a worm from standing.

try not to jump to high. i made this mistake once..... had a bloody nose and sore nuts .

i think briefs or boxer briefs help hold them lol. i do them forwards and only end up messing up my balls a lil mayb 1 out of 7 times.
to get them from standing (sorta), i keep my feet apart, drop down and land on the inside part of my knees and worm from their.

hmm I have this one combo were I backflip then land on my chest absorbing all the impact with my arms then from there your practicly in the worm postion

yes,it would,but if that goes rong u can just kik ur legs up.to try 'n prevent this, use ur hands more,and point ur toes.just litrally,go to a hand stand, bend back and bend back legs with back.so u dont hert balls, just go down,down,down to ur waist,,,then u can do the next bit of a worm.

What i do it make it really smooth is i arc my baack as much as i can ( without feeling tension) then landd right above were your penis is lmao i forgot the name and put your hands down then continute the worm, watch juniors trailer, he does a very nice worm drop, and doing this move is pretty much just about fear

I read through a few of these methods and I'm pretty sure that mine is different from all the rest.
Basically.

1. cross your right leg over your left leg to make kind of a 4?
2. fall forward and slowly arch your back and hips and all that
3. land and keep going

You don't end up hurting yourself in anyway if you do it like this because of your right leg.

My back is hurting like hell from windmills, so these could look a lot better
just raise your leg more and make it more.. flow-ish
