I'm under the impression that the backwards move is the caterpillar and the forwards version is the worm.

Thanks for going through the trouble of pulling out the clip.

Sorry for being ambiguous but the difference I mean betweengoing forwards and backwards is rolling from the head to the toes versus rolling from the toes to the head. They are in fact different moves even though both are done face down.
