I was wondering if a girl could do the worm because... I am a girl and i haven't been able to get it. I found my boobs have something to do with it. If ya can help me PLEASE DO!!!

ive met some girls that have had the same problem. u just have to find a way to use more of ur stomach than chest. so like, arch ur back more and dont rotate so high up before u kick. ill ask some of my friends how they avoided that.

Its not that my boobs are all that big its just they get mashed and it hurts but thanks for the advice and if you have any more that you could give me id appriciate it.

Its probley the way your doing it, sometimes even the smallest things make a big problem, so it probley just needs to get some small tweeking.

Girls and guys both have a 'problem area' doing the worm. Not being a girl, I wouldn't know EXACTLY how to fix it...but I gave some advice to a few girls, and it helped 'em.

Ok, speaking as a guy, when I do the worm, I have to avoid doing the worm on my upper thighs...for certain...child bearing reasons. lol. Right? So I use my chest stomach to avoid that...if you need a visual look, I have a video in the "Superman worm Guide" thread...only if you need a visual.

Ok, now speaking for a girl: Your chest is sensitive, am I right? So you need to connect with the floor at the following spots:

Toes
Thighs
Stomach

Then, when the sort of wave gets to your chest, you need to already be off the ground slightly...so I suggest you start to do a pushup when the wave gets past your thighs. Experiment with it a bit. If it hurts to practice, try using a mat, or some bed-sheets or something...but don't do it until it hurts a lot, won't be worth it.

my cuzin whos a girl, shes smaller but she can still do the worm a lot better than me...i think it just takes a lot of practice to get it right so it doesnt hurt...

I was thinking perhapes to help you, it'd take more arm strength, but when you go down on your chest, support most of your weight on your hands and arms, so that way your chest barely hits the ground and you can still get the same effect.

i asked a girl i kno and she said wearing sports bras helps alot, and just connecting with ur stomach instead of the chest area.

eo yo Watashi's rite. Ima chik, and i can do tha worm, it waz actually da 1st move i eva leant. I had ur problem 4 awhile, but i gotta ova it kwik and eazy. And yea lyk i sed, Watashi iz rite, ya just gotta put more of ya weight onto ya arms, once ya get tha hang doin that tho, ya should find it pretty dam eazy.

actully for me my chest isn't the problem. my stomach is. not that im fat or anything lol it just always hurts. i think im hitting too hard ont he ground. but yeah i still can't do the worm. i dunno why! its hard to kick my legs up!
