hey im like super good at worms except for on my back but try this it myght help but i dont have boobs so wat do i know ok: when you kick your legs make sure that you are useing your hands to push your self up but make it so you use em to cushion you way down. yah like this i think

Honestly you're better off not learning the worm. My friend can do the worm, but he hurts his package everytime he does it so he doesn't do it anymore. If you learn it you probably won't use it much, because once you find a way not to hurt your boobs doign it you'll relise how lame of a move it is.
