this is another touchy subject bcuz there will be alot of different answers i know
for sure i have just notice the last 4 years born & rivers crew with many other's are sweeping the world with wins but when it comes to the u.s. crews they are getting blow out the water i remember when style elements would go over seas and win contest like crazy..matter fact i like the korean's i learn alot by watching them they take alot of old foundation moves & flip them and put new energy behind them along with all of europe is dopeeeEEEEEE finland, germany, poland all them places are killing it is just the americans are to hard head it to learn about the essence instead of the blow up's! man i been breaking 1,000 moons i gotta say over seas cats are the crazyest!!!! not to take away from us the united states but the other countries are doing major homework while the americans trying flip off the planet to make some $$$$ i gotta call it how i see it & that's the true essence of zulu! |

ahhh i didnt even read the full post my bad. uhh well. like ynot from rock steady says. every country has its own style. lets put it this way. what is easier. creating a move or flipping it.
everything just seems new because it isnt what your use to. you hit up american jams all the time. especially if your with zulu your goanna see a whole lot of foundation all around you all the time. then you see these cats who can airflare while masturbating and you say hey that's new. but to them that is their foundation. |

Korean crews get the most exposure on Youtube (besides Super Cr3w), so you're mostly going to see Korean crews dominating Korean events. It's the same as how American b-boys dominate American events, except there's less exposure. If Koreans can come into America and take out all our top crews (famous and local), then that's the only way they can call themselves the best.

gambler won r16, not Top 9 rivers won r16 in 2007 extreme crew won BOTY in 2007 TIP won UK Bboy championship in 2007 seems like zulu kings are the only ones who can beat the koreans. in freestyle session and evo 3, both times against gambler |

Yeah, I think different countries have different mind sets of what they want to get done. I don't know how to exactly explain it, but like one place might want more originality another would want more technique and etc.

Gamblerz lost in Boston when they went there. Mind 180 beat them at B-boy Unit. The lost at B-boy Hodown. Actually while Gamblerz were in America they weren't doing good at any of the jams they went to. Not by a long shot are the Koreans making anyone look silly. USA is still on top of their game but there simply aren't many competitions where Korea and USA go in direct competition with each other. IBE is all exhibitions, USA won't enter BOTY, we'll see what happens at Evolution...but other than that you're not really gonna see too many battles pitting US versus Korea.

I really don't like the way your word your headlines for these questions, but I think you're purposely instigating debate, which is cool and helpful for being a mod.
Korea's internets is a series of tubes, not a dump truck. Many peoples watch internets with fascination. Many peoples watch internets and want to do what they see. More b-boy videos in Korea on the internets and on Korean TV creates more b-boys, and thus more competition. More competition brings about higher quality b-boying. International competitions like higher quality b-boying. Korean b-boys go to international competitions through series of tubes. Koreans no maek Americans looks silly. They just contribute to b-boy world series of tubes. |
