Collapsing the windmill? -

i seem to have a lot of difficulty collapsing my hand when trying windmill, and even today, i injured my hand trying to windmill by crushing it when going down onto my back, is there any tips/hints that any one can help me with? thanks

I'm not too sure how you're doing it, but you shouldn't be falling on to your back. Well at least i fall onto my shoulder. Doesn't hurt too much at all. I could be wrong though. Can we get verification? I've only just got windmills down a couple of months ago.

yeah you suppose to roll onto shoulders. it should be painless, but i have bruised my shoulder before from rolling wrong, it will come with practicce just keep doing it.
