Two weeks ago I started practicing the
Handstand Press, and the
Planche. I found that, in that short period of time, the quality of my swipe/flare progression greatly improved. I also started working on the
L-Seat to Handstand Press and it seems to be helping as well.
I just figured I'd throw that out there to see if it helps anyone else who's struggling with either flares or swipes. Peace.
