Like in the middle of a Cricket you switch arms and go the other way..

hey orginaial poster, regarding your question, i think it is hypothetically possible under the condition that your arm strength or w.e must be great enough to stop the force of the spin on a dime AND throw urself spinning the opposite way.
now realistically, crickets can go fast, unless ur going rlly slow i highly doubt a human (even on steroids) can instantly switch direction within that fraction of time which would equate to less than a second. Its just not probable to be able to apply that much force in that little time with the human body. imo
