after a month nothing - 07-30-2008, 07:42 AM

I don't know if this is the right place for this thread. so exuse me if I'm wrong.

I've been a month away where I couldn't bboy at all. and I'm wondering now what would be the best way of restarting the training(when, how much, how hard, ...)

Why don't you just go practice instead of wasting your time asking when you need to practice and shit?

This is common sense. ^_^

Well, if I were you, which I soon will be, because I can't bboy where I am and won't be able to for another month at least -_-"

I'd do a super mega awesome warm-up, drill everything I've ever learnt for the first session. Then I'd eat chocolate strawberry vanilla ice cream. Sound good?

Aiiight.

[EDIT] Don't ever, ever do leg-stretches first.

personally i'd just take it like i was just starting all over again like learn the basics and build those back up until you have them how you want them and just work from there. since you knew it before it shouldn't be that hard to build it up again.

...and then follow up with chocolate strawberry vanilla ice cream lol

I don't agree, I'm gonna make a dame blanche. mmmmmm

so I'll warm up with basis toprocks, footworks, freezes, and then work on the variation I knew and power. end with lots of cooling down and dame blanche.

tnx

Nah, son. There is no need for "interpretation" because I understood your question quite clear. You're asking questions which you can answer yourself.
