I'm starting college, which involves alot of introducing. I'm a highschool athlete (wrestling, boxing), but that was the past, and now my primary hobby is bboying, and thats what I tell them. when I mention bboy, everyone goes "oh" and "wow" and "show me some stuff". I think that people recognize bboy or "breaking" as just a series of flips and spins done with rap music. but i can't help but feel sold out if I simply bust a backflip and call that bboying. so if somebody asked you to show them something, and assuming that there wasn't a beat playing, what would you do?

how long have you been breaking?
if you have a solid foundation, show them how you rock it. if you want to keep it below power moves, you gotta have a good, funky or soulful song prepared for an even better delivery. if you don't have any foundation, then i wouldn't show them anything.
