it would b nice to have a leader, particularly the one who started the crew but u dont HAVE to have a leader. its just that if u do have one, there's always someone in the crew that will keep u motivated
depends really.. my crew has a leader, but he's old school and started the crew like 15 yrs ago..
so we respect him and see him as the leader.. plus he's got mad power moves! haha
Whether you like it or not there always ends up being a leader in a crew. He's the one who motivates people and keeps things organized. For the most part it's a good thing.

I think a leader is formed when the crew members see him as one like they aren't just crowned the leader automatically, but somehow they are seen into that view.
Word, a crew isn't just one leader and a bunch of followers, everyone is a part of it.
That being said! There should be a guy who arranges battles, who knows most of the crews, people, etc. most of the time, the 'founding member's are respected as the leaders of the crew.

dats how my crew is basically like no1s a leader but we give props to the ppl who made it lol we call dem OG Rascalz cuz my crew is called Lil Rascalz
there will always be at least one person in a crew that is respected as a leader. they're the ones that keep everyone goin and are kinda a figure head. me and a few other guys are kinda like leaders in our crew cause not only did we start it, but we try to keep everyone motivated and work with them when they need it.
