In the IBE 2005 Korea vs USA, I could understand Bruse Lee's frustration cause some the other bboys in the Korea clan had their gear thrown into the crowd earlier in the battle.

Sometimes, things just get out of hand. Props to the DJ for starting the battle again with a dope track.

Get your shit right before you try to correct others' shit.

Forever learning the beautiful art of Bboy.

There's a fight in Freakazoid vs. Charles I believe.

My process: accomplish through perseverance/

Apprehension clouds the spirit/
Tension prepares us for ascension/
And at his best is when he breaks conventions/
A convenient covenant coveted for conception/

Yea I have seen that one....charles does a dope set (I think its a flare>barrel/onehanded flare>flare) and the crowd goes nuts, freakazoid goes over to charles and whispers something into his ear and charles shoves him.

So what's up with this abstract stuff? Are they bboys or not? I mean some people say "oh f-ck that stuff bboying is just expressing yourself." Well, okay, but then you're saying all dancers from different types (ballet, jazz, swing, etc) are all bboys.

Naa I think abstract bboys are great... I mean they are probably some of the most original and fun to watch bboys there are.

I dont like freakazoid, not because he is abstract but because of the way he dances (or in MY opinion lack thereof) and his attitude (he has little or no respect, and since he, along with his crew freakshow, is known for starting fights).

In fact some of my favorite bboys are abstract (youtube all of these names) Like Paranoid Android and the bboys from Insane Prototypes/Terror Bunch

The thing about it is, they are still bboys at heart, they know the foundation, they just choose not to do it. I guess at one point a powerhead would have been considered "abstract" if ya catch my drift.

Freakazoid doesn't dance. Those "abstract" suckers don't know how to dance. You can twist your legs into whatever shape you fuckin feel like it, but if you don't dance then get the fuck out of the way and make space for someone who knows how.

Wow... you obviously don't know much about Abstract Bboys. There are TONS of abstract Bboys who are also really good dancers and do have foundation. Stop overgeneralizing.

Rise 2 Shine here in Denver yesterday.

The tall black abstract boy from Freakshow crew had an exhibition against one of the top BBoys in Denver and got schooled hard. He wasn't getting burned a lot in the battle, the Denver bboy was just wayyyy better. Of course, in traditional freakshow fashion he got butt hurt and tried to start a fight.

I don't know why, but Freakazoid was one of the judges @ the event, and there were freakshow bboys in the battle.

IMHO their whole crew sucks ass except the short guy. If he wasn't paired with a stiff no-rhythm-having frankenstien looking idiot he would've made it to semi finals. Freakazoid might have a chance but he relies on only 2 moves, his elbow air chair and his no handed headstand.

Freakshow crew needs to quit trying to make up for their lack of style and rhythm by fighting (excluding the short guy, he's pretty dope).
