don't limit yourself to footwork, which i feel is implied by "footworkhead." you should definitely try to do everything, but specialize on footwork by creating many unique moves to make your footwork stand out.
i dont want to start on the term style head. but... i would advise getting out there and getting to know the real bboys in your area.
my biggest success was owning 6 cats in a cypher, most of which went to USC!!
winning 3 battles and whupping 2 local crews that i had didn't like in 1 night was fucking fun.
being in machine's dance company is a big deal for me too, cuz i get to dance with and get to know these inspirational people, zulus and notable cats. come catch us perform at Warped Tour in August or at the Ford Amphitheater in October for the JUICE dance festival!
edit: also, getting the instructor job at UCLA's Wooden Gym was a big accomplishment for me too.
