Freezes come easy for me. The only freezes that I cant do are headstands, headspins, deadmans, 2000's, elbow spins, inverts, deep, low hallowbacks, and a few more. Airchairs give me a little trouble, and so are airflares, but right now, im working on cleaning up my steps, and making my freezes better.

I'm pretty tired right now and I watched it all but I'm not going to judge dubbed 'battles'. But I'll go ahead and give you an overall assessment and direction.. I agree with what epidemic said about session... you guys have some good moves but are absolutely terrible at linking them or keeping anything remotely like a rhythm/flow. Your footwork/foundation needs some serious work, consider drilling for form and transitions because I think you guys need it.
Also, moves you KNOW you're going to crash a lot, you NEED to come up with backups moves out of your crashes. Like my boy Dat always tells me, "You can't be flopping around in a battle". Also don't end your sets on a hard crash... thats pretty much the best way to throw a battle... hell I -WATCHED- it happen tonight at the Jam... A battle that should have been in the bag was totally blown up cuz of a terrible sequence of events in the middle set. (Though I don't necessarily agree with the judgement of that battle... I think it should have been a 2/3 rd victory but thats another story). Until you solve these problems you aren't "battle ready". This is my constructive criticism take it how you please, Peace |

MaDD thanks for your criticism.. I hope it'll make me a better Bboy in the end. =P
I always thought my Footwork was decent/good form-wise.. Lol I guess I still need tons of work. I think I got this right.. When you say we're terrible at linking moves, you mean like theres no flow between a change of Footwork -> Freeze/Toprock/Whatever? right? |

LOL yo who was that singing in the beginning? that shit was funny as hell!
your footwork is pretty decent, not amazing but not awful, just keep workin' and push yourself. clean fast footwork means alot of stamina - so work on conditioning bro. EDIT - also, the kid singing in the beginning sounded like an injured puppy lol (no offense to him/her) |
