I'd Say prolly in they're 40's + just cause they're body probally cant take the abuse anymore.. But shit you never know! I'll retire at 80 because then i'll be unbeatable! lol jk

there's this grayhaired guy who recently came to our sessions and he has got to be at least 40-50 years old and he's just starting out, so yeah you're not too old.
Though that guy's really flexible for his age, he can do splits and stuff like that. He's actually more flexible than me -_- |
