How the hel does he NOT fuck his knees up from that?

If you've seen him before, you'll know what I'm talking about. He jumps up, grabs his feet and lands straight on his knees.

see it may not hurt for you but it might hurt for others

knee drops dont hurt much for me cause i got used to doing shit on my knees and falling. it hurts sometimes but not really much
