Can you do a Bridge? -
05-26-2008, 01:27 PM
Yep. The back stretch/and position.
It's hard to maintain without having decent back flex. How many Bboys can do a Bridge? lol and it's harder forms.. I can do One Handed and thats pretty much it.. My friend Alex can do no handed bridge. |

i can do 1 handed, 2 handed, no handed, w/e im pretty flexible
its a good stretch to do before you session, it really loosens up your body, especially for hollow backs and shit |

(Morning, Afternoon x2, Night) Nice Back Flex.. I cant hold a no handed bridge very well haha. Btw, do you need a LOT of back flex for Hollowback? |

if you're flexible enough try body threads to help even deeper back stretches |

nah shoulder flex is required for both of them. thats why when you do either one of them your head sticks out because your arms are being forced back more in the shoulder joints
do you know what body threads are? if so, when you do a body thread, just pull ur foot further past your head, but try to do it with both legs so you can maintain a certain balance in your body's flexibility |

Or is it like the quad stretch where you have to put it to your head, put you pull your leg towards your ass... I find the quad one super hard lol. Nvm.. is this it? |

oh no, thats not a body thread
heres a video, instead of doing a full body thread, just stop the foot right at your head and stretch your body into a circle. thats what i do...err did before i lost my flexbility for a while &feature=related |

No handed= On your head? Or would no handed mean you float backwards in mid air like the matrix? |

What about doing it with one leg? I can do 1h & 2h with one leg, but not no hand with one leg.
