So yea.... Also dont use heat if there is any swelling, a better method for recovery is R.I.C.E. Rest Ice Compression Elevation You really can skip compression if there is no bruising. |

first of all, invest in safety gear when you bboy. you might balk at the high prices of quality gear, but you have to remember that this is to protect your personal HEALTH, and its far cheaper than having to go the doctor.
Second of all, don't do ANY moves that will hurt it. Maybe stretching will be ok, but consult a doctor first. If you do moves that end up hurting it, you'll not only delay your recovery time, but you could make things worse. Right now I have a rotator cuff injury that was healing ok, but then I started training for a jam and it got worse . |
