Hey, this might be a chance/change for you. You can be like Junior right now, or act like him ( Junior ) and get a lot of muscle mass and strength. Or.... you can do what I do. Cement your knees so you wont get any injuries. I use cement shoes for my footwork so that my feet wont get messed up. And I cement my elbows for my windmills. jk on the windmills part.

thats almost exactly what i did 2 execpt i was alrdy injured from a simular landing off of an elbow track i shivered in pain for like 10 seconds

And Junior has a disability.... His footwork/toprock is probally anything that you can do. Iv seen Junior do some spinning airchairs, flares, windmills, airchairs, and more but I wont list them.
