as for the movie it looked interesting to me. i was gunna see it the 1st day it came out but i couldnt then my best friend saw it and said if it was any gayer that she would have left in the middle of the movie. but i also heard from another person it was good. so ill wait till its on demand

Wikipedia says this movie is about stepping, which is not really a Hip Hop thing (correct me if I'm wrong xD).

Anyway, the plot is nothing new; same old "oh noes I have so much talent but I needs monies so I enterz dance competition and work hard and everyone lives crappily ever after". Seems like they're just substituting one activity for another now, next there'll be a movie about competitive shirt-ironing. Just for milking that, fail.
