What's a good Beanie that doesn't look wack? - 05-24-2008, 04:24 AM

Yeah.. I just tried Headspins earlier today and I hit 1 round - 1.5 rounds. NO tapping either lol.

Anyway.. I'd like a Beanie that doesn't cost like... $30+ lol but I don't want it to look wack.

Not that my head hurts when I spin.. (Maybe a little lol, but I dont want bald spots)

I can Headstand forever of course.. Because of the accident.

I recommend a headspin beanie, they don't look that bad, and they help headspins a lot.

Headspin Beanies? Wow lol beanies that were particularly made for Headspins? haha..

I don't think I can get them... If it's online.. Because my parents won't do anything to support my Bboying lol. (They hate it)

Hmm... Will I really get bald spots/lose hair from headspins? lol

i suck at headspins cause i mostly worked on style not power , but for freezes where head is on floor or headstand combos , other spinning moves (handglide, chair spin) i use USD Phoenix Beanie.

sometimes it's not the beanie. some people, when they try to rock a beanie, will always look like faggots.

Lol, damn man thats a bit harsh don't ya think?

Idk... you don't have to rock a beanie if you don't want to, just wear a hat or nothing at all. Headspin beanies look aight but dw about how you look, you'll be judged on ur skills, not your looks. haha.

If you need it to practice your headspins, then why even worry about how it looks? You're using it to practice headspins, its not like 100 people are watching you while you do it.

when you wear a beanie, does friction between the beanie and the floor play a role in bald spots?

I don't think so. Isn't the reason for wearing a beanie to increase the number of rotations and to reduce friction and bald spots?
