my right hand wrist has been paining when i put pressure on it or pull it back
therefore, killing my crickets and jackhammers
which is one of my signature moves
any solutions?
ive got a jam to go to on the 7th
and its my very first, so im trying to get prepped up for it without having pain that very day
i know theres threads out there about this but i cant find any gahhh
oh and i dont even know if this is where this should be :/
