oh it gets worse if u decide to wrk on airchairs or handhops... doesnt hurt everyone though... bitch's...na but always let it rest for a day or 2.... its always hard for me to let my wrist rest and recover but its worth it... if u injure your stabbing wrist you can forget about jackhammers, turtles, chairs, halos, basically everything cept toprock...lol.....oh ya and u can buy a wrist support which helps.

your problem is the way you do crickets and jackhammers. your wrist shouldn't be bending back when you do the move, that would be stupid and bad for your wrist. you should be putting your weight on the bottom part of your hand, opposite from where the rest of your arm meets your hand (the rest of your arm is what gives your hand support when you jackhammer). no matter how much weight you put in that area, it will be all impact, not damaging your wrists.
lay off it til it heals, then start practicing the move more wisely. |

fine i don't care what move you were doing. stop doing it. the point is that it's not supposed to bend back. next time, be more careful and try to put your weight on the part of your hand that i told you about.
do footwork and dance. stop complaining. wahh wahh my hand is hurting HAHAH. |

Why don't you try not dancing? Like you know, actually resting? That usually works.
