energy drinks are really sucks. It's like doping
Best choice for me is water, but not much (on training)

i drink half a redbull/monster/rockstar before practice. i wait 20 minutes and drink water then warm up then i start. then after that i drink water. then when im done i drink the rest of my energy drink.

i do it everyday.

Currently- Football season. Football record: 7-2. I'm smelling playoffs

Dude, not trying to be an asshole but a whole energy drink everyday is pretty bad for you. That shit's like pure caffine and sugar.

your not an asshole and i couldnt agree more. i personally try to stop because i think my blood sugar is too high right now. i feel like i work it off. but when im done practicing for like 2 hours im tired as hell and its normally only 6 so i dont wanna sleep so i try to stay awake by drinking the rest. before bboying i never drunk a full energy drink normally only a sip or 2 of my brothers cuz hes a fiend.. any reccomendations on what else to do?

ur bro is fiend? man i thought u were a fiend hhaa, u jus very slowly cut down very small amount very gradually, and as for ur brother, chek him into rehab daaamn hahaha

alright.
what ill do is make my brother go half with me on 1 then give him half of it. then drink half of that b4 practice then half after. and thats how i can ct it in half. but half a day is still pretty bad but thats the only idea i got so far.
