Injury need help - 05-19-2008, 12:44 AM

I dunno wat i did but my hamstring got either pulled or torn really bad and it is hurting really bad i used 2 b able to palm da floor with my leg straight standing up and now i could hardly reach my toe and is hurting for about 3 month now any suggestion? should i stretch more?

And there wus this once i attempted a drop from top rock to head spin but i landed on 1 of my knee directly really hard i think it is swollen really bad or even cracked and a soft touch will hurt alot wat should i do? =o

3 months for an injury?

dam 3 month go to the doctor no one can help you here.you got a big tear in your muscle am thinking if its been that long.goodluck all i can say

i stopped attempting power moves and da moves that hurts it for atleast 2 months i dun think toprocking and doing footwork

Fact: Tearing a muscle does not make it grow back stronger.

I went to the doctor last year to get a physical examination, and I asked her if you tear a muscle, does it grow back stronger?

Her answer was No, it actually has the potential of making it weaker.

I advise you to go see a doctor.
