and you still gotta be careful after surgery too.
i had a friend who had surgery for a miniscus tear and he went bowling and as he was putting on his bowling shoe he pulled his foot up on the seat to tie his shoe and it tore again

life sucks sometimes eh

Yea im recovering from a pretty bad lateral meniscus tear as well. You should see a doctor about it asap. Alpha is right that you do NOT want to mess around with this stuff. I saw a doctor right away and I have a 3-5 month recovery. There is too much risk for arthritis or further injury.
