anyone ever got these? how long did it take you to fully recover? ive had it for 5 months.. i rest for like a month then when the pain is gone and i get back to practicing, it comes back in a coupla days.. its kept on happening, i even had the muscle ultrasounded and the doc said it was fine and just a strain..maybe im just not giving it enough time to recover?
help would be appreciated, i dont wanna fuck it up forever then go around walking into sessions like bboy junior
