Your problem lies in ya mentality. There is no "standard" when it comes to what moves you should have and how long you've been breaking. Its all relative to the person. There is no such thang as "fallin behind", as each person is individual as a dancer. Some kids learn windmills in their first few months, some other kats don't get windmills till a couple years down the road. It jus all depends on when you decide to learn it. Stop comparing yourself to some invisible standard, and just do what you do. As a bboy you can't be trippin about how long X has been breakin and how many moves Y has. Do YOUR shit, and dont give a fuck about anybody else's shit. So to answer ya question, you should know what you have practiced, bottom line.

In my opinion, the standard is the bboy scene that you live in. I care about my scene's standard because it motivates me to get better.

Ay man no problem, I just don't want you caught up in all of that BS, cuz believe me, it really ruins the experience. Although now that I think about it, I do have some advice for the direction you could take as a dancer.
I advise you really really really work on foundation. And when I speak of foundation im not just talkin about moves...cuz moves aint foundation, moves are moves. Foundation is the understanding and application of those moves to music. You can' t just hit the beat, you gotta ride the beat. Any fool can hit the beat, becuz its predictable, but to match the rhythm of a song to the rhythm of your dance is a much harder task. Since you're still in the beginning stages, really push this part man, becuz it will help you IMMENSELY down the road.
But yea, just take the basics you've learned and really learn to ride a beat and switch em up to match any song. Of course you'll think of new moves also during the process, which is great, but make your main concentration on understanding foundation as much as possible. In the beginning it gets ignored a little bit because we all want more and more moves...but now that your more mature as a bboy, go back and really understand it. Peace.

nah man, ain't nothing wrong with learning and constantly learning. I'm 10 years into the dance and i'm a lifelong student.
With that being said, I agree what most people said, it's not just about the moves and having your arsenal ready, it's about defining your own standards and honing in on how you wanna rock---that's the beauty of this dance.
Now bein very concrete in what moves you wanna learn thats dope, go for it if that inspires you to keep training and learning. At the end of the day you know where your strengths and weaknesses are.
As far as getting a solid foundation, i can never stress 2 things:
1 - know how to DANCE! can you flow from your uprocks to footwork easily? are your current freezes/transitions/power the most solid you ever had them? are they funky enough to roll with the music?
2 - know how to hold your own cypher down. training in the cypher is the best battleground and the roots of how we communicate, know how to set the tone of your battle, vibe off other dancers, know how to respond in a battle, just get comfortable in the circle
my two cents, where you from anyway? another thing that always helps, hook up with any OG's or establish crews in the area, u can't deny your local, regional history and knowledge, there will always be folks like that to learn from.
