Cricket Injuries????

ok so i have this injury that i can on getting.

i practice crickets for bout an hour (on and off), and then soon my hand gets numb; the numbing starts from my palm and works its way into my ring finger and pinky.

Does anyone else feel this way? or is my posture wrong or somethin?
