Also check this vid out. This guy isnt a powerhead but he doesnt do alot of style either. Is he more power than style? |

it means make any kinda combo, few moves long and then do it, its really good to get you going at it and practicing transitions and further smoothing out your moves

It means pracitcing. Theres routines you can come up with that you can do over and over again to make you better at those steps. My favorite is to chose 2 or 3 techs and freestyle doing just those moves. Corkscrews and Sweeps are good moves to do this with.
