Problems Problems, help me plz! -

ok well my story starts out like this, there's this dance company i got hooked up with and i introduced my crew members to them. the company would really help us get our name out there, but theres one problem it wasnt bothering me at first but now im about to kick someone out. theres this guy that's real arrogant, if practise doesn't meet up to his standards he bitches about it "oh it was a waste of time" yadda yadda yadda. im talkin bout havin a meeting next time we all meet up with the company and he's bein an asshole about it sayin "we need to stop talking and get organized and focused". isnt that what a fukin meeting is for? he's one of them bboys that treats this like its a fukin religion, im seriously thinkin bout kickin him out of the crew and company, only prob is i go to school with his ass but its my last year so i dont really matter so yea
what should i do? after my problem is solved everyone else feel free to post your problems |

If its really bothering u that much, kick him out. U might get drama at school or whatever, but if you think its worth it or he's fucking up the group THAT bad... then go for it. |

Maybe your friend is more dedicated to bboying than the people in your crew?
That's the impression I got when I read what you said. And no, you can't kick him out. You can't kick anyone out. Unlike a company, you really have no authority. It's a crew. If you do, it'll lead to incredible amounts of drama in between this member and your group. Sure, people will tell you to kick someone out. But being a good leader, that is NOT an option. Also you have to take this person's feelings in account. He isn't out to get you and your crew. He just wants something. Talk it over with him PLEASE. Don't consult with us what to do, we don't even know him. Everyone has some opinions that they form when they view people's actions. But there are good reasons for that person's actions. Hate starts building up the longer you're around this person unless you can talk it over. |
