uhm....i would say...

go to a boty, sneak past the guards and beg to hell to one of the crews to let you practice with them and then join them and be a laid back dood in their performances and then bam..pro....Red bull bc one?

get an office job?

i think the dancers in movies like u got served or honey are professional. you might want to audition to films or tv shows if that's what you like..look for an agent or a manager who can help you find auditions or dance gigs.

1. To be a pro, you'll have to be one of the best there is.

2. There's other things you can do that relate to bboying. You could become a dance instructor or sell DVDs or books, for example. Just use your head and you'll come up with quite a few options.

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHA

i've asked this when i was starting out...

usually that's just hilarious. If it's something you take VERY SERIOUSLY i suggest you start working hard as fuck.

if your talking about making it big, as in Famous, then your chances are like people wanting to be in the NBA or becoming actors.

if your already going to college, i say just break for a hobby. it's not about making money off of it, unless you want to.

If you have to ask, honestly, chances are you're probably aren't gonna be able to make it into a career.

The people who make it a career don't ask; they just enter jams and seize every opportunity they have to make a living...they have no time to ask.

i don't even think the well known bboys make that much of money either..

your best bet is to stick with a good career and finish college.

but if it's like your dream to become famous, strive hard.

Wait....how long have u been breakin?? If you wanna make a livin off of it then u shuld already kno how...and u need to be ill as fuck. I culdn't make sumthin like bboyin a slave to da dollar tho...i'd rather keep it as a huge part of my life. Makin a livin off a hobby is turnin it into a job..and i dont want dat. I'd rather break when i want to, improve when i want to, and compete when i want to against who i want to. Uncle Sam has enough fuckin shit from me...im keepin breakin'.

You can make bboying into a career, do paid gigs like perform shows, teach workshops or classes, etc. etc.
That way bboying can still be big part of your life, plus extra money from jams..if you win. But you got to be mad ill, to win jam after jam which is your best bet in getting known, and being even more successful. Now a days, the standards of bboying keep on getting set, year after year, better and better bboys are showing their faces into the scene. So watch out.

making bboying into a career, live everyone said is hella hard. but if you really work at it, its possible. im making some money off bboying..teaching at a studio and community centers and doing shows, but i highly doubt that it will be my career. a bboying career can end in a split second, and i dont want to take that risk. im in college while having bboying on the side. its always good to have a backup plan. but if you want to dance for a living, go for it. PRACTICE, go to auditions, battle, get your name out there. good luck man
